An application through which organizations automate onboarding, i.e. introducing employees to the job. New employees, their mentors or superiors receive their responsibilities through the application when hiring that person, and the system monitors the performance of assigned activities, which automates and facilitates the entire process. Through the application, it is possible to monitor the work performance or the achievement of the companys goals. Superiors set goals for employees and thereby assign tasks that need to be performed in order to achieve these goals. In this way, employees have a clear picture of how to advance in the company, and superiors monitor the entire progress process through the application. I can assign new tasks, monitor their execution, generate reports, monitor polyvalence matrices. Employees, on the other hand, have an overview dashboard with all available tasks, with their tasks and deadlines that he must meet in order to achieve the set goals and progress in his workplace, and with all the tasks he has completed before. The application also includes a system of education that is connected to the goals of the company and the competencies required to perform the job. In the event that the employee has not fulfilled his obligations, the system automatically sends a notification about the proposal of predefined training for the employee and how he can more easily achieve the set goals. The automatic notification is received by the employee and his mentor/supervisor. Additional functionalities of the application include sending requests for annual vacations and days off, viewing work rights, etc.
