New employees, their mentors or superiors receive their responsibilities through the application when hiring that person, and the system monitors the performance of assigned activities, which automates and facilitates the entire process.
Through the application, it is possible to monitor the work performance or the achievement of the companys goals.
Superiors set goals for employees and thereby assign tasks that need to be performed in order to achieve these goals.
